Recipe: Place the first four ingredients and 4 of the slices of orange into a saucepan, heating over medium heat until you see a boil form. Remove from heat and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Recipe: Place apple cider, lime juice, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, Hapsy Daily Drop, and a few ice cubes into a cocktail shaker or container with a tight lid. Clap the mint together in your hands to release the scent or muddle lightly, and add to the shaker. Shake for about 20-30 seconds. Pour into an ice-filled glass and top with ginger ale. For One Mocktail:
Recipe for the Simple Syrup: Mix sugar, water, cinnamon sticks, and sliced ginger root in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely. When cool, strain to remove ginger and cinnamon sticks.
Recipe for the Mocktail: Pour cinnamon sugar into a shallow bowl or plate. Prepare the martini glass by wetting the rim with apple cider and then dipping it in cinnamon sugar. Add ice to the martini shaker. Pour in the cider, Hapsy Daily Drop, and simple syrup. Shake for 10 to 15 seconds. Pour into prepared glass. Garnish with an apple slice or cinnamon stick.
