Getting Started with Daily Drop CBD Oil Dosage

When you start your journey with the Daily Drop, you’ll instantly recognize that it’s different from other CBD products. We’ve formulated the Daily Drop tinctures with the intention to ensure your dosing experience is simple and straightforward. 

Whether you choose the ½-ounce (600mg) or 1-ounce(1200mg) size, your CBD dropper will always contain the same dosage – 40mg. The two sizes differentiate how many doses are in each bottle, not the size of the dose. The smaller size will have fewer doses — naturally — and the larger has more! No matter which size you choose, your dropper (your dose) will stay the same.

Determining Your “1-2-3”

We’ve created an easy 3-step system to get the most out of each dose. 

1. Identify your trouble time.
This “trouble time” could be your commute home, a stressful appointment, when the kids get home from school, or while you’re juggling dinner and all the other things. You determine your trouble time and know that there can be more than one in your day! 

2. Set a reminder 60-90 minutes before your trouble time. 

CBD needs time to absorb and work into your system. Set a timer for an hour to an hour and a half before your trouble time so you can take your dose at just the right time.

3. Start with 20 mg and adjust the next day if needed

20 mg (half a dropper) is a great starting dose. If you try it out and feel like it wasn’t enough, try increasing your dose the next day. Everybody and every body is different. It may take some time to find the dose that works best for you, so pay attention to your body while you figure out your perfect dose. 

Two Sizes, Perfect CBD Oil Dosing

We want to make it easy to alternate between both size options for your CBD oil dosage. This is especially helpful if you want to take your CBD with you on the go. We like to keep the larger bottle at home in a location that’s easy to access, for quick dosing. The smaller bottle is perfect for your purse, gym bag, suitcase, desk drawer, or car (as long as it’s kept in a cool, dry place). Having both sizes available makes incorporating CBD into your day (whenever you need it the most) a much more convenient process.
