When should I take my Daily Drop?

    It’s as simple as 1-2-3!

    1. Identify your trouble time

Is there a point in your day when you start to feel anxiety, pain, or when there’s a predictably stressful moment? Let’s call that your “trouble time.”

    2. Set a reminder 60-90 minutes before that time

Set a timer or reminder ahead of time to take your dose of Hapsy.

    3. Start with 20mg and adjust the next day if needed

Everyone’s needs are different, but starting with a 20mg dose is a good starting point. As you listen to your body and how it works with Hapsy, you can determine if you’d like to try a larger dose. This process of incrementally using more or less is called “titrating.” Feel like you could use an extra boost next time? Titrate your dose up by 5 mg, and see how you feel. This process is all about listening to your body.

Hapsy works best when paired with a habit like morning coffee, a healthy snack or an evening meal. What’s your 1,2,3?

Learning something new the first time can be hard.

That’s why we’re here to help. Here are some of our most popular blogs for learning about how to find your Hapsy. But also, we love hearing from you and helping you with your questions, so always feel free to contact us.

Whether you choose the half ounce or full ounce bottle, you get the same great dose.

Dosing can be a challenging experience, especially if you have products with different formulations. We’ve taken the guesswork out of dosing with our two tincture options. Whether you choose the larger one-ounce bottle or the half ounce, the dropper has been sized to deliver the same great dose.

We like to keep our large one-ounce bottle at home in a convenient location to utilize during our daily routine, and we take the half-ounce bottle to go! It’s the perfect size to throw in your bag or purse for on-the-go Hapsy.
